The SD2005-450 is a 16 pin 12.7mm x 12.7mm SMD footprint OMPAC VCO module combining both oscillator and output buffer elements, its excellent load pull performance targets use in the 433MHz ISM band as a "Power VCO" intended to driving a PA direcly. 

The SD2005-450's differential design generates a two phase balanced signal with good power supply rejection characteristics.  Output power may be controlled by altering active device bias such that level control may be implemented with external circuitry.  Logic compatible Standby input.
